- What is your shipping area? We ship all over India. Currently, we are not shipping to any other country.
- What are your shipping charges? The shipping charge is based on total amount of the shopping cart as per the matrix given below. These charges are constant PAN India. Shipping charges are typically non-refundable, unless the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect. www.newu.in reserves the right to determine whether the product has a manufacturing defect or otherwise.
- What are your return policies? Due to the nature of products that we are selling (cosmetics), there are no returns/refunds.
- Which credit cards do you accept? Master card, Visa, JCB, Diner's Club, Citibank E-cards and American Express cards.
- Can I make a payment through Net Banking? Yes you can make a payment through net banking. HDFC, Citibank, & Centurion bank, ICICI Infinity, UTI I-Connect, Global Trust Bank, and IDBI net banking clients can now pay online.
- Do you accept debit cards? Yes (if your issuer bank permits online transactions)
- Are credit cards and debit cards safe to use on your site? We have gone to great lengths to make your shopping experience safe and secure. You can use your credit/debit card without any worries; we have processes in place to keep the customer data safe and secure.
- I live outside India, can I order for a delivery in India? Yes, but you need to provide an Indian delivery address.
- Do you have Cash on Delivery option? No, currently we do not offer cash on delivery facility.
- Can I buy New U gift voucher online? a) Yes you can buy a physical (paper) gift voucher online, however, gift vouchers cannot be redeemed online. It can be redeemed at any of our stores across India
- Can I redeem New U gift voucher for online shopping? No, you cannot redeem physical (paper) gift vouchers online.
- Can I cancel an order or an item? Yes, you can cancel the order before it is shipped. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
- Is registration compulsory for shopping online? No, you need not register to shop at www.newu.in. However, if you register you could avail of the benefits of better service and a host of special privileges.
- What do you mean by free gift with every purchase? We provide you with guaranteed exciting gifts with every order.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products, following which you can get in touch with our customer care team and return the product to the courier company. Your entire amount will be refunded within a period of 7 working days effective from receipt of returned goods.
