Order Cancellation/ Returns :
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
- We do not entertain cancellation of orders for debit card holders.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team at email@example.com. In along with your order ID. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products, following which you can get in touch with our customer care team and return the product to the courier company. Your entire amount will be refunded within a period of 7 working days effective from receipt of returned goods.
Due to the nature of products that we are selling (Cosmetics products) we will not entertain refunds once the product has been sold.
However, in case of product defects, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your communications, please include your order number and tell us your concerns.
