How to use:- Wet the nose area, the strip will not adhere to dry skin. Dry hands and peel the strip off the plastic liner. Apply the strip to moistened nose area with smooth side down, pressing down to ensure a good contact with skin. Leave the strip to dry for about 10-15 minutes. When the strip begins to feel stiff it can be removed. Slowly peel off the strip starting at the edges and pulling towards the centre. If the strip adheres too strongly to your skin, or is painful to remove, thoroughly wet the strip and carefully peel off.
