As per the govt mandate, our warehouse is temporarily closed. You can place an order & we will deliver it once our operations resume.

We aim to deliver products in excellent condition and at the earliest possible. Shipping charges are payable only if the order value is below the minimal mentioned amount. If the order is cancelled before dispatch, lost in transit or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded. If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

How long does it take for an Order to be Delivered to me?

We deliver most of our orders within 5-7 business days from the order date.

How are orders placed on newu.in Delivered to me?

All orders placed on newu.in are dispatched through our courier partners such as DTDC and FedEx.

Short Delivery/Product Not Received

In case if the customer does not receive complete order/receive less items than ordered, he/she needs to share the images of the same along with the invoice to the customer care email id mentioned. We will take up to 10 days’ time to inspect the gap and take action accordingly. Once issue is identified, we will either refund the amount or ship the product(s) not received. We maintain the right to decline payment or delivery of the product(s) on case to case basis.

In case of short delivery, the customer needs to highlight within 24 hours and customer is requested not to receive open or partially opened delivery packets.

Please Note: The delivery timeframe mentioned is an estimate, actual delivery time depends upon availability of the product, address where the order needs to be delivered and any other circumstances that might affect delivery. You can rest assured that you are completely protected as a shopper at newu.in. You always have a choice to cancel your order due to shipment delay beyond the estimated delivery time by contacting us for online orders at customercare@newu.in and for offline orders customercare@newu.in.


RETURNS

We hope that you never have to return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you if you do.

Order was damaged when received

We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstances. Under the return policy, the customer has to notify us about the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please email the details to us regarding the damaged online orders at customercare@newu.in and for offline orders customercare@newu.in.

Incorrect items received

In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will ship the required items to you once we receive the incorrect ones sent to you (please read Return Policy mentioned below for further clarification). Return Policy

Once the customer has decided that certain items/or entire order needs to be returned, the customer has to follow the process mentioned below:

Notify us about the return within 24 hours of receiving the order. Any delay caused might lead to the cancellation of the whole process. You need to mail the details (product photographs of the faulty/wrong items received, Invoice and the Package in which you received the products) for online orders at customercare@newu.in and for offline orders customercare@newu.in.

Once you get a confirmation from our side that the items can be exchanged or delivered, you will have to courier those to us (in case of wrong item received) as well. Once we receive the items, we will ship the products and also refund the money you spent on the courier.


CANCELLATION

Cancellation by Us

While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with us, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. We will inform about the cancellation within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):

Product No Longer Available With us or Temporarily Out of Stock

Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information

Inaccurate Or Insufficient Address

Non-Serviceable Locations

At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
